If you have created a document you plan on having printed at a commercial printer, you will need to have it prepared for the press. Many people don't realize that you can't just create a layout in Word and pull in pictures and then just hand it to the printer to print. Without proper setup, you could incur significant fees giving the printer documents that aren't set up properly.
